brain fodder
Dave and I have happily worked our way through all the questions in the EBCnet brain fodder quiz , but we are stuck on just one question. Revelations ; what church made Jesus sick? Totally stumped on this one, we have probably gone cross eyed trying to find the answer so we thought we'd check to see if anyone had the answer.......
Camping
As a large number of us are going to be away on the 26th August, including myself, we need a volunteer to do the computer, projector and recording for the am and pm services. If you are willing to volunteer, please let me or Tony (if he is around) know, we can do a trial run this Sunday.
Some more Band
I'll try and speak with as many of you as possible on Sunday, because we have been asked if we could play at the Elvingon/Eythorne carnival on 29/09. We will not have to march in the parade (that's a relief for Andrew) as I have told the organisers that we are not a marching band, they have said that there will be a fayre or fete at the end of the procession and could we play there.
Band
Ok, so I haven't blogged for a while.......

Joke - when someone needs help....
A man is in bed with his wife when there is a rat-a-tat-tat on the door. He rolls over and looks at his clock, and it's half past three in the morning. "I'm not getting out of bed at this time", he thinks, and rolls over.
Then, a louder knock follows. "Aren't you going to answer that?" says his wife.
